How long does my order take?
Between 7 and 15 business days. You will see the tracking number as soon as it ships.
How much is shipping?
A flat $4.99, and free on orders over $49.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States, including Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available yet.
What if my item arrives faulty?
You are covered for 30 days. Send us photos or a video with your order number and we replace it or refund you in full — no need to ship it back.
Can I return something I simply did not like?
No. Orders ship directly from our partner warehouses and cannot be resold, so we only accept returns for defects, shipping damage or wrong items. Please review the description and photos before buying.
How do I track my order?
With the number you received at checkout (RHI-…), on the Track Order page.
